The Approach
- Monthly photoshoot to capture content for the content calendar
- Managed all engagement across the Instagram and Facebook channels to ensure that people were being responded to and organic conversations were being had
- Created original Instagram Stories to add more interactivity and excitement
- Managed content creation and curation on the social media feeds, specifically creating a brighter and more refined Instagram feed
- Promoted key events (e.g. Afternoon Tea) to encourage excitement and further awareness via competitions
The Feed
We incorporated a lot more user generated content to bring people into the feed and make the hotel look busy and more relatable.
The pictures were edited to be lighter and less warm or dark, in order to create a fresher feed that felt more premium and organised.
We also included pictures taken by our photographer, which focused on different rooms and hotel offerings.
